Michael Su

Steering our Far East sourcing operations is a seasoned veteran, Michael Su — proficient in three Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Hokkien, and Cantonese) with a strong command of English. Michael received his undergraduate degree in product procurement at Xiamen University and is nearing completion of his Master's in global supply chain management. He is a member of the U.K. Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, recognized in over 120 countries worldwide.

With 17 years of experience in product sourcing and quality assurance operations across factories in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, Michael has overseen every facet of R&D product development, CAD-DXF file engineering, QC testing, random sample inspection, and factory assessment for numerous product categories — including furniture, LED lighting, bedding, metal rack storage, hardware, stationery, and grocery items.

Michael has successfully built efficient and flexible supply chain operations by implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies and QC systems that solidly support demanding customer requirements from North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
